Are you preparing for an event, or just enjoy training regularly? Our coaches set sessions based on time, rather than distance, which allows runners of different standards to run together and still meet individual goals. Run sessions include a warm up, faster or sustained efforts, and a group cool down.

Build a Strong Foundation for Your Running
Every step you hit the pavement track or path, you are putting forces through your body. Your hips, knees and ankles need to absorb that force. It is essential to have a strong and robust body to handle your training and prevent injury.
The Run Strong membership includes all your strength training for running and running needs. Your personal run coach will oversee a program that is designed specifically for you, conducted at our gym and sports physio rehab facility in Glen Iris. Our expert coaches focus on mobility, stability, balance and coordination alongside improving strength, speed and power.
If you have never used a gym before, we will introduce you gradually to the fundamentals of strength training and will constantly adjust your program to suits your needs.
