Teen Strength

Balance. Coordination. Agility. Strength. These are the foundation for all sports training and performance. Our Teen strength sessions focus on these elements. Small group sessions (up to max. 6 participants) with expert coaches who understand strength training requirements for teenagers. Give your teen an opportunity to learn strength training in a well coached environment.

All Teen Strength sessions run from our gym at 173 Darling Rd, Malvern East.
