Junior Development 12– 15 year olds

Our Junior Development Squad is a training environment for 12 – 15 year olds. We focus on improving run skills, movement capacity and strength. Participants in this age group need to continue to develop a broad range of athletic skills that assist them with their sporting performance, injury prevention and understanding of fitness and conditioning.

Sessions are tailored around small groups that focus on speed and/or endurance focused training.

Thursday – 5pm – 6.15pm
