RUNNING PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS

Our adult run club is the mainstay of our Run Ready program and provides the right environment for both the competitive and recreational runner. Trail and fun runners, triathletes and those aiming for half, full or ultra-marathon events, train alongside those for whom fitness and friendship are the priority. Our Strength for Running and Women’s Strength classes, create and maintain robust, athletic bodies for training and an active lifestyle.

Strength for Active Women

We understand the importance of maintaining strength for women. Our program promotes mobility, balance and strength to meet the specific needs of active women.

Group Strength Training

Get stronger and be injury free. Our small group Strength Training sessions (up to max. 6 participants) promote mobility, stability and key areas of postural strength.
