Our expert coaches will develop a personal athlete profile, which includes your current or intended running schedule, current/ previous injuries and your running or fitness goals. We will then assess your run technique, using video analysis, where appropriate, and prescribe suitable run training, including strength and flexibility exercises and drills. These sessions are suitable for adults and teens, looking to start, return to or improve their running. Children 10 years and above, where a specific injury or developmental issue has been identified, may also benefit.
Following the individual assessment, you will be able to access two group coaching sessions, in our adult run club or teen development program.
Our expert coaches will develop a personal athlete profile, which includes your current or intended exercise and activity schedule, current/ previous injuries and strength training or fitness goals. You will then be asked to demonstrate exercises indicative of those used in our strength classes, which allows us to identify strength, balance, agility and coordination, as a baseline for further improvement and suitable exercise prescription.
Following the individual assessment, you will be able to access two group coaching sessions, in our adult group strength or teen strength programs.
