Rec Running Groups

Quality coaching, training variety, fun, social and supportive whilst meeting individual running goals. Each session incorporates a warm up component, faster or sustained efforts and group or individual cool down, with options for 45, 60 or 75minutes.

Ideal for runners looking to participate in a club, fun run or triathlon event, from 3kms to marathon, or those just wanting to train regularly with friends & improve their fitness.

Tuesday and Thursday run groups are best suited to intermediate or advanced runners. Those with a background in regular training or able to complete a 10km event in less than 60mins are well catered for.

Friday group is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate runners. If you are just starting, returning to run training, or just wanting a friendly, well supervised group of ‘like minded’ people and can run continuously for 3km, then you will feel right at home with us.
