Our expert coaches offer individual training for:

  • Run Skills and Technical Development

    during these sessions we assess your running technique, including using video analysis, before appropriate exercises and drills that improve strength, flexibility and correct movement patterns are determined. These sessions are suitable for 10 years and above, where a focused intervention is required for injury prevention, rehabilitation or improved performance.

  • Sport-specific Speed, Agility and Conditioning

    for athletes in court, pitch and field sports, running technique that can enhance speed, acceleration, change of direction and change of pace is essential. Athletes are assessed and movement patterns analysed, before assistance is given with programming, exercises and drills that will aid performance.

  • Event-focused Training Programs

    an initial consultation to establish goals and training priorities, allows us to prepare a program for your chosen event. Regular communication, feedback and program updates are then provided in the lead-up to your event.
