Development Groups

Our Development Groups are for athletes 12 to 16 + years, who enjoy group training, where improving run skills, movement capacity and strength are the focus. Sessions are tailored around small groups that require speed/ power, agility, endurance or event-specific training.

Athletic development enhances the ability of teenagers to create a broader physical literacy and training profile, that assists them with their sporting performance, injury prevention and understanding of fitness and conditioning. Skills training creates more confident and resilient performers.

The development group program supplements a student’s school or club training on a seasonal or ongoing basis.

Covering the fundamentals of athletic movement, Run Ready teaches the basics that are overlooked in virtually all other kids sports – how to move.
